In the event you are running late please notify us as soon as possible, if you are running 10 minutes late or more please be aware we may not be able to carry out your treatment so as not to inconvenience the following clients. We reserve the right to charge for the full treatment cost. 

Please disclose any medical conditions/or Allergies or pregnancy prior to treatment (Preferably when booking so we can advise in advance if the treatment will be suitable) Please also keep us updated with any changes in your medical details. 

Please note I require 48 hours for canceling or rescheduling appointments. 

Should you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the full treatment cost will apply.

You can cancel or change your booking online in My Booking History up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.

If you do not show to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount.

If your no-show charge doesn't go through your account will be blocked until you pay through bank transfer. You will receive a no show email with the bank details.
